After graduating from George Mason I plan to continue my education in graduate school. I would like to pursue a Masters degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, with a focus in Leadership.

I want to go into leadership consult for businesses, re-framing the way it operates, making a more positive  and healthy work environment for the workers, and motivating leaders within companies to re-frame the bottom line of what the company stands for and how it operates.

In the show The Office, it provides many great instances where a consulting firm can come and make a more pleasurable  and uplifting work environment.  In this episode the team is unhappily assigned to a special project.
