“Happiness comes when your work and words are of benefit to yourself and others.” Jack Kornfield
Glue is used to attach and holds things in place. Glue can be essential when putting things together or joining objects. It acts as the bond that keeps everything intact without damaging the two separate items, conjoins them to make something new or keeps something that was already there. The glue has the purpose to sustain and make things work. I am that glue.
I love being able to make new connections and share it with others. IT genuinely makes me happy to see other people succeed and be able to be a part of their successes. I am conscious about the relationships I make and how I choose to sustain them. It is important to me that I can understand the needs of my peer, coworker, family and friends to cater to them individually and watch them develop and grow.. I value the connections I have made, and will continue to make new connections throughout my life while supporting all of those who I have met along the way. It is important to me to keep up with the well-being of the people that surround me. I take personal responsibility in making sure that my friends, family and acquaintances do better than me in their future or do not make the same mistakes I did. One thing that I greatly value, is being able to check up on the people in my life and make sure that they are okay. I value each person in my life on an individual basis and feel that each person brings a unique perspective to light. I am also able always learn and continue to be a part of the growth my friends and family go through.
I am a natural born listener with the ability to hear others without them having to say much at all; with every person I meet, I am invested in making sure that I holds myself accountable in staying up to date about the lives of the people I want to associate with. I love being able to meet new people and make them feel good about themselves and reassure them that, another person does care about their well-being and the state of how they are doing in life.
One of my main core values is respect; I feels that all people deserve to be treated fairly. I value being able to talk to people with whom I have not talked to in a long time, and have the natural ability to pick up where the relationship was left ,or start anew with people. It is important to me that people know that I am here for them whenever they need to talk and that I value friendship and family more than I can express in words.
