Making Informed Decisions and Solving Problems

“You can’t make decisions based on fear and the possibility of what might happen.”  – Michelle Obama

Before making any decision I am sure to think of all consequences of my actions. I am careful in how I responds and always wants to do what is best for the majority with the minority in mind.  When making major decisions it is important that all parties understand what is going on so that the changes going into effect are properly taken into consideration.  When making decisions, the people and their well-being is what matters most tome.  I want to make sure all basis have been covered when a decision involves other people sanity and life.

It is important to me that everyone’s voice has been heard in the decision making process.  I value being able to make a decision that is best for everyone long term.  When solving problems I also think it is important to consider the personal and societal moral and ethical codes which can affect how decisions are made.  I believe it is important to speak out for what is right and always put the best foot forward.  I also believes that a good leader is able to take constructive criticism from their peers and also know when to admit when he or she has made a mistake.
